The current rate of 6% sales tax is charged only on orders shipped within the state of Connecticut.
Shipping methods and deadlines
Ground Shipping
All orders placed by 11:59 p.m. EST can be processed the following business day and can ship out to arrive within 7 business days.
2nd Day Air Delivery
All orders placed by 11:59 p.m. EST can be processed the following business day and delivered 2 business days from that date. For example,
- Orders placed on Monday can ship Tuesday to be delivered Thursday.
- Orders placed on Thursday can ship Friday to be delivered Tuesday.
Next Day Air Delivery
All orders placed by 11:59 p.m. EST can be processed the following business day and delivered the next business day after that. For example,
- Orders placed on Monday can ship Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday.
- Orders placed on Thursday can ship Friday to be delivered on Monday.
General Shipping information
Kathy’s Famous Cookies ships via UPS from our bakery in Milford, CT. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii or outside of the US.
We cannot not ship to P.O boxes, APO’s or FPO’s as UPS requires a numerical street address for all deliveries.
UPS delivers on Monday through Friday.
